Shipping policy
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 weeks, depending on product availability and fulfillment timelines. Some orders may arrive sooner.
Split Shipments
Orders containing items fulfilled from multiple locations may arrive in separate packages. This does not affect your total shipping cost.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States and select international destinations. Shipping rates are flat-rate for both domestic and international orders.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Nairäd is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly if your package is marked as delivered but not received. We will assist where possible.
International Orders
International delivery times vary by destination and may take 10–15 business days or longer once shipped. International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
