Orders & Fulfillment
Are your items made to order?
Yes. Many Nairäd items are made to order and fulfilled through trusted production partners. This allows us to reduce waste and focus on intentional production.
Because of this, all sales are considered final except in cases of damage, defects, or fulfillment errors.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled. Please double-check your size, color, and shipping details before completing checkout.
If an item becomes unavailable or an order must be altered due to fulfillment limitations, you will be notified by email.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically arrive within 2–4 weeks, depending on the item and fulfillment location. Some orders may arrive sooner.
Shipping times may increase during sales, promotions, or holidays.
Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?
Some orders contain items fulfilled from different locations. In these cases, items may ship separately and arrive at different times.
This does not affect your total shipping cost.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
At this time, expedited shipping is not available.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to select international destinations. International delivery times typically range from 10–15 business days after shipment, but may vary by country.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
What if my package is marked delivered but I didn’t receive it?
Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, Nairäd is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
We’re happy to help where possible, but replacement items are not guaranteed.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Do you accept returns?
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns for reasons such as sizing, preference, or change of mind.
Please review size charts and product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Requests submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for review.
Do you offer exchanges?
Approved exchanges are available on a case-by-case basis and are subject to a processing fee of up to $15 per item, which helps cover reprocessing, handling, and shipping.

How are refunds handled?
Approved refunds for manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors will be issued according to the original payment method when applicable. All other approved exceptions are issued as store credit.

Sizing & Fit
How do I choose the right size?
Each product includes a size chart and fit description. Please consult these carefully before ordering.
Nairäd is not responsible for sizing issues due to incorrect selection.
Payments & Promotions
Can I apply a discount code after placing an order?
No. Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively, and only one code may be used per order.
