Refund policy

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, Nairäd does not accept returns for reasons such as sizing, preference, or change of mind. Please review product descriptions and size charts carefully before placing your order. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are happy to assist.

Reporting an Issue

Requests for exchanges or reports of damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. To request assistance, please email nairadclothing@gmail.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Requests submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for review.


Exchanges

Approved exchanges are subject to a processing fee of up to $15 per item, which helps cover reprocessing, handling, and shipping costs.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Worn items are not eligible for exchange

  • Exchanges for limited release or exclusive items are not guaranteed, depending on availability

Refunds, Exceptions & Store Credit

Approved claims for manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors will be reviewed based on our fulfillment partner’s approval. When applicable, refunds for approved defects may be issued to the original payment method.

All other approved exceptions will be issued as store credit only, delivered via a Nairäd E-Gift Code.

  • Store credits are processed within 7–10 business days after approved items are received

  • Credits do not expire and may be used toward future purchases

  • Exceptions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed


Order Changes & Cancellations

If an order must be altered or canceled due to inventory availability or fulfillment limitations, you will be notified via email. Any applicable refunds will be issued as store credit.

Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively, and only one discount code may be used per order.
